The original HCG protocol suggest a two pound window for gains. For me, I give myself a 5 pound leeway. If I achieve much more than five pounds, I know I want to adjust what I am doing. There will be times where you achieve, there will be times exactly where you retain water or consume anything undesirable, so never tension. This is not the end of the world. Just be proactive about the predicament and recognize for every single issue you consume there will either be a good or unfavorable consequence. As extended as you are willing to live with the consequence and overcome the damaging effects of it, you are going to be just fine.
